Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.

Currently we are offering delivery only for orders to be delivered within Malaysia including both peninsular states as well as Sabah and Sarawak.

The 'Ships' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available.

Estimated time for deliveries within Klang Valley will be 1 to 3 days. For the rest of Peninsular Malaysia it will be between 1 to 4 days. Sabah and Sarawak will take between 3 to 5 days.

All estimates are in working days (Monday to Friday).
