Chitosan is a naturally occurring derivative of chitin. Coscell Chitosan are extracted from a sustainable and exclusive source, the shell of high-grade red crabs.
Chitosan is antimicrobial but non-toxic; it is generally recognized as safe and is traditionally used in wine production and for wound treatment.
Chitosan activates in the digestive system by absorbing materials such as fats, cholesterol and toxins off your food intake. They are then safely expelled out of the body through excretion.
Chitosan is generally safe for most people when taken orally. Chitosan might rarely cause mild stomach upset, constipation, or gas. If you’re experiencing any side effects stop using the product immediately and consult a physician.
Most other similar products are drugs which alters your body functions in some way. Chitosan is not absorbed nor processed by the body which minimizes the side effects while providing the benefits of preventing harmful materials from getting absorbed as well.
If you are allergic to shellfish, you should not take Chitosan. Chitosan may interfere with how blood thinners work in your body. If you take warfarin, talk to your doctor before taking this supplement. It also might interfere with the way some antiviral agents work.
Coscell Chitosan are meant to be taken orally. We recommend taking a capsule shortly before each meal to work their way on blocking fat by absorbing it from the foods you’re about to eat.

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.
If this ever occurs, our support team will promptly contact the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible to minimise any inconvenience. You will be kept informed of the progress of our investigation at all times, and a replacement will be delivered to you when necessary.
Currently we are offering delivery only for orders to be delivered within Malaysia including both peninsular states as well as Sabah and Sarawak.
The 'Ships' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available. Estimated time for deliveries within Klang Valley will be 1 to 3 days.
For the rest of Peninsular Malaysia it will be between 1 to 4 days. Sabah and Sarawak will take between 3 to 5 days. All estimates are in working days (Monday to Friday).
We offer free shipping for deliveries to be made within Peninsular Malaysia.
