RETURNS
You have 14 days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you regarding the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be credited back to your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for returning an item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund.
